On January 3, 2011 co-founder of ShreddyTimes, Danny Toumarkine was injured in a snowboard accident in Montana that has completely changed his life as well as many others. I think the message in all of this as well as the Kevin Pearce accident last year is very clear. Wear a HELMET! Who cares how you look or how you feel. It's something that could save your life or at the very least keep injuries at a minimum. It's heartbreaking hearing about snowboarders getting hurt when a helmet would have done more good than harm.
