Oh another day, But a good day!

Since mother nature still isn't cooperating with my snow pleades, I've decided to amp up my workouts for the week.


I did a Spin class this morning and was pleasantly surprised at how well I did considering it was only my 4th class ever.


 I definitely felt good about how I ended my day (Yes I said ended, working over-nights has flipped my schedule around and I sleep during the day). Although the work-out was good, I still felt like I could have done more. SO! I'm going to attempt to re-start the Couch to 5k program tomorrow, starting from Week 3 Day 1. I'm wicked nervous about this though. I haven't ran in a while and I'm not sure how much my shins have healed in that time. I guess I'll find out tomorrow!


Hopefully after this week, we'll be getting some snow!!! As much as I love working out, nothing means more to me then being able to strap into my board! This is only going to be my second FULL season and I'm super excited to progress this year without any interruption (such as injury and well, pregnancy, haha!). I'm also determined to hit as many mountains as possible and see if I can get out and board at least once a week.
